Since July 14, 2025, Nadine Schmidli has been strengthening our law firm in Zug as a lawyer and notary.

As a lawyer with a notary license from Zug, she advises companies, founders, and investors comprehensively in corporate law, especially in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate financing, and restructuring. Other focuses of her work are contract law and advising start-ups - especially at the interface with new technologies such as blockchain.
