We are very pleased to announce that our lawyer Eliane Rossire has been newly elected as a judge to the Swiss Sports Court!

The Swiss Sports Tribunal is a foundation established by Swiss Olympic on July 1, 2024. The aim of the foundation is to operate an independent court that decides on disputes in sports or possible rule violations. Cases of suspected doping and ethical violations according to the rules of Swiss Olympic or similar future regulations are particularly in focus.

We congratulate Eliane warmly on this significant appointment and wish her every success in this new role!
