As Head of Operations, I am responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day business operations of our firm. In this role, I support the management with all operational tasks and strategic decisions, while leading key internal and external projects. I have been working in the service, finance and consulting sector for many years and, as a trained lawyer, I possess extensive expertise in strategy, management, marketing and communications of law firms. Thanks to this broad expertise, together with our Barandun team, I ensure that we respond flexibly and efficiently to our clients’ needs.
