I have extensive experience in litigation before all Swiss court instances, particularly in commercial and debt collection law matters. In addition, my focus is on corporate law, general contract law and employment law. I also extensively deal with the drafting of contracts with the aim of avoiding future civil disputes. In addition, I act as a member of the board of trustees of a family foundation, as a member of the board of two real estate companies and as a member of the board of a telecommunications company. My entrepreneurial understanding enables me to advise my clients on all matters related to commercial issues, in order to achieve the best possible results.
