Davide Colacino is an experienced litigator with a clear focus on conducting arbitration and court proceedings in commercial and business law disputes. He represents companies and individuals in complex, cross-border disputes and has extensive experience in both state courts and institutional (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, CAS, DIFC-LCIA) and ad hoc arbitration proceedings. He brings his expertise in various roles - as an arbitrator, party representative, or secretary.

His main areas of focus are investment construction disputes, international trade cases, post-M&A disputes, as well as conflicts related to crypto-assets. In addition, he regularly advises and represents clients in debt collection, bankruptcy, recognition and enforcement proceedings, as well as appeal proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court. Another core area of his practice is representing clients in economic criminal proceedings.
