My practice focuses on conducting arbitration and litigation proceedings in commercial and business law disputes. I have extensive experience in arbitration as arbitrator, party representative, and secretary in numerous institutional (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, CAS, DIFC-LCIA) as well as ad hoc proceedings. Before state courts, I regularly represent companies and individuals in complex cross-border disputes. Key areas of focus include construction disputes, international trade cases, post-M&A disputes, and conflicts involving crypto assets. I also have experience in debt enforcement and insolvency proceedings, in the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Another core area of my work is the representation of parties in white-collar crime matters, particularly in complex cases with an international dimension.
