I have decades of experience at the interface between corporate management, technology, and law, and know from my own experience the challenges at C-level and board level. This enables me to optimally structure and develop business and corporate management models, financing, strategy, organic and inorganic (M&A) growth, innovation, transformation, and restructuring from a legal perspective. I think in terms of large corporations, family businesses, SMEs, and start-ups, and I am comfortable working with various stakeholders. This helps me to draft contracts that best serve business relationships and to legally navigate stressful or conflictual situations involving uncertainty.
